MARKET isn't a real delegate, but the "system" that has extracted fees from the market

Absolutely we should have bitCNY/BTSX today!!  Why hasn't that already been done?  I'd love to trade bitCNY and I'm not even Chinese  ;D

Only 100 delegates will be active at any given time? Is there a point to run wallet_publish_price_feed <delegate_account>  0.035645 USD in the console now that all 100 delegates exist?
And what is the advantage of being a delegate?
