BTC 38 said they won't allow any BTS operations(both withdraw and deposite) for the time being due to a bug they found in 0.4.9 wallet while performing a hard fork of BTS wallet on the server.They said that they've been bringing this issue to BTSX offical's attention in order to resolve this problem.
