here is the limit for the short price at market engine


market_engine.cpp:78
                   if( pending_block_num >= BTSX_MARKET_FORK_4_BLOCK_NUM )
                   {
                      if( median_price )
                         max_short_bid = *median_price;
                      else
                         max_short_bid = market_stat->avg_price_1h;
                   }

here is the limit for client. I think it should change like above?
