更改了投票方案后，余额就变0了，怎么办？

wallet_get_info命令回车可以看扫描进度，scan_progress=扫描百分比

很多人反应投票后币不显示了，
由于BTS每次操作都会重新生成子密钥，所以需要重新扫描后才显示额度，
可以在钱包开启自动扫描功能 
在命令行输入
wallet_set_transaction_scanning 1
然后等扫描完成后，就显示余额了
