I have tried a lot of different name, like "iofzeofiezoighzei", or even my whole full name (and I am sure there isn't two people with the same name) and it failed every time.

maybe your choosen name alternative is registered also...

When I launched BitShares for the first time, I created an account "robin".
During the syncing, it told me that this name as already registered and I should rename mine.

But the system doesn't allow me to do so and always return this error:
