6.1钱包直接发到网页钱包的话，有bug。
6.2修复了这个。

其实严格来说也不算bug，只是验证机制不同了，网页钱包的验证机制简单一点，所以不兼容0.6.1钱包

我从0.6.1钱包往网页钱包发的，发出去了，却没收到，是不是也算燃烧了？

不过幸好0.6.2钱包发出去的，都收到了。

37亿，不过目前貌似burn rate只比inflation rate稍慢，总量增长很缓慢。
