BTS的操作类型有一个枚举类型定义，提供了丰富的操作类型。
null_op_type              无操作（默认值）
withdraw_op_type     取操作
deposit_op_type       存操作
register_account_op_type   注册账号操作
update_account_op_type    更新账号操作
withdraw_pay_op_type       取回代表工资操作
create_asset_op_type        创建资产操作
update_asset_op_type       更新资产操作
issue_asset_op_type         签发资产操作
create_asset_prop_op_type  （暂不知）

short_op_type                   买空BTA
