Just set-up my ccedk account. I have transferred 0.11BTC via Metaexchange and 106GBP via bank transfer.
I am now waiting for the Pending deposits so I can order the nanocard.

Transfers are quick. No problems so far  8)

hello Ihash,

First of all welcome, you have given me a bit of a puzzle to figure out as you have created a GBP transfer today, although no buttons indicating direct transfer in GBP. We took the GBP away for better focus on Euro and USD, however always looking for ways to get GBP on the map also on CCEDK. We are using our new bank connection for GBP transfers pls have a look on this thread.https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,16848.msg215567.html#msg215567

If amount already sent no problem, it will arrive to our local bank. Lets see the speed on that.

U can always contact me directly by e-mail [email protected] or via PM here for skype contact as well if any questions. I will be happy to assist in any way possible.

BTC deposited and NanoCard successfully ordered  8)

Thank you for the information on GBP (it was just a test). I should have read your post on European bank transfers as it would have cost less in bank fees.

Can I trade the GBP for EUR or even better bitEUR on ccedk?

Fast efficient gateway. I recommend you give it a try.  +5%

What is "SmartCoin™", why is it "trademarked" and who owns it?

Hmm, now you ar making me confused. Cass gave me this info. Understoo it was trademarked as part of the bistassets.

I may be mistaken, but I don't think Cryptonomex or Invictus own any trademarks. Stan can clarify for sure.

Idea with this link is for people to send in their local currency, they do have to check the rates through, can never say for sure if its an acceptable rate or not, but the idea is for everyone this way to trade in their own local currency and then it is switched to either eur or usd depending on where you send from for you to buy biteur or bitusd through the trading pairs.

So, yes it should be possible this way

I don't think "SmartCoin" describes bitUSD well ..
and I don't like the sound of it .. reminds me of bitcoin too much ..

But I can't come up with a better name just now :(
