make it easy for more people  update to bts2.0 & jion the bulid-in  exchange to enhance the volume &depth

fix win bts0.9.3c GUI export bug&combine bts2.0 Genesis file
when export  update json  delete the  0 balance address private key
then  the final json would be small & much easy for import to bts2.0
