when create witness with my usename "Cosmos" its not working, gives error:
missing required active authority: Missing Active Authority, account uid: 209418467
{"error":"missing required active authority: Missing Active Authority, account uid: 209418467",

How to fix?

You should follow the steps on https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php/topic,24851.0.html

The error is that missing Active Authority, you missed a step -  import the private key of your account's active key.
And, you should create a account via https://wallet.yoyow.org before this, then you can check your account authority.

More info about converting your YOYOW on BTS dex to YOYOW main net or vice versa, please refer to: https://yoyow.org/files/yoyotobts_en.pdf

uhmm, yoyow is a different chain?! they probably do have their own forum where you get better/quicker response.
