I don't think any witness asked for additional pay for price feed. However not all of them (actually few of them) are actively adding feeds for new projects.

I recommend that you setup your own feed producer list, aka either feed by yourself, or find some people that are willing to feed.

Are there people who are a witness or could help me with the following question?
For a new project on BitShares I would like to know what the costs of witnesses producing price feeds are. I want to know this for several time periods. Which are:
a price feed every block?
A price feed every minute?
A price feed every hour?
A price feed every two hours?
A price feed every 4 hours?
A price feed every 12 hours?
A price feed every day?
