Why not hardcap the fee to 2%, more doesn't make any sense?

Only if you use the reference wallet, open ledger e.g. does not show the market fee.

We should implement a hardcap (1%) for trading fees. 100% is 100% a scam. Didn't know this was possible.

Apperently, the TRONTRX asset has a market trading fee of 100%. That leads me to believe that someone has set that up to trick users into "buying" it.
What made you buy some random asset? Did you research WHO actually set that asset up?
