Any way to set up a vmware vmdk file with everything already essentially set up? This would greatly improve participation imo as it lowers the barriers to entry.  Cloud services like azure and ec2 might end up being  the prime candidate for all of the community.

I'm also interested.

I'm located in France, for the test net I reckon I'll run the delegate in a Linux VM at home, then move on to a VPS once things get real..
