the most latency is 9 seconds.
I think we can limit the speed of trx broadcast too, if we have limit the trx confirm speed to 2trx/s.

For back up your wallet, it's better to choose "wallet_export_to_json" and "wallet_create_from_json", rather than backup the wallet folder.
