It should work on Windows 7. Any log files in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\BitShares XTS ?

Also tried the following.
Run as administrator (domain and local)
Run in xp mode.
Run from program files(x86) instead of the shortcut.

client stop sync blocks at 23:46:00 , here is the message when this happened.
