and because of Bitshares slogan "think out of the box" it's a perfect name I think  ;)

bitshares jukebox

When I see bitTunes I think spittoons.  May be just me.

I don't know how to insert the greek letter mu but I was thinking

BitShares uTune  "mu Tune"  (pronounced myoo) as in micro

kind of plays on iTunes, YouTube and [m]uTorrent
indicates they're your tunes as well as keying on the micro transactions that are possible, as well as relating it to decentralized torrents.

IDK still comes back to bitTunes or worse bitutunes.  :-\

Assuming we're naming after the other DACs like "Bitshares (insert name here)"..

BitShares Tunes could be one of the options but honestly i dont like the fact that it's to similar to iTunes..

BitShares Bass
BitShares Melody
BitShares Sonata

however BitShares Music sounds good enough to me

bitTunesXstream

Or maybe just tag the 'stream' bit to bitTunesX for branding of streaming services later on.

bitTunes rolls off tongue nicely.  +5%

bitTunesX also works for me.

+5 on BitTunes!

how about Zimri Shares, or just Zimri?

Zimri means my music in Hebrew.

Talk about unique!!  :o

Dow Tones

A good/excellent choice because people will think about Dow Jones, trading, profit. Tones is good because one might associate it with tunes (itunes), still it is different enough to be fresh.
