No, your wallet contains your private keys so importing it would bring the private keys with it.

You can check the balance of any PTS address here - http://lottoshares.42tx.com/

Just enter the address into the search box to check the balance.

is there a way to import your pts wallet into the LTS wallet without using your private key?
