Also the sender needs a copy it too. Think of sending a transaction from one wallet and then going to another wallet on a light weight scale and still seeing that transaction.

BitShares mail is a redundant transmission of the txid to the receipient of a transaction .. if you get paid by a titan tx .. the recepient has to scan ALL transactions in the blockchain or scan only the TX that is mentioned in the mail ..

That feature enables light weight clients!!

the wallet will read your transaction and figure out your balance from your mail. You can send transactions using a public api call.  I'm not sure yet but you may need to send the full balance to your mailbox just to get it going. That's the next thing I'm going to work on.   A wallet import can get things going too.
