Pretty surely it would, but first you'd have to find one for those cards (or build a custom one). :p

An actively cooled version of the Phi is also available.. it's still not cooled well enough for usage in usual desktop PCs.
It was indeed designed for the (conditioned) airflow in server racks. Yet it could work out well if you add enough fans to your PC case, but I doubt the c/m gain would be worth the effort and costs.

You could always get a 80mm fan and 80mm fan frame, flat piece of plastic over one side of the fan frame, one side of fan frame removed, that end goes into the air inlet of the phi.
Us miners are resourceful types ;) Cooled a 5830 this way after the stock fan bearing went.

The "cheap ones" are around 1000€, i know yvg's miner got avx512 support and thats Phi only so i guess some at least owned one or bought one.

I'm thinking about getting one just for the fun of it but seeing that it's all passive cooled, guess it's designed for the massive airflow of a 19" rack case...
