Actually just in the last week the  relationship between Cuba and the US is warming.

I saw that - but Congress talking heads has already made it known they will not allow funding for the embassy if they can block and also stated they will do everything in their power to not allow this to happen.

It's not fully over until Congress lifts the embargo. Obama's changes are limited. Also, Cuba has very little Internet connectivity.

Not if Congress has anything to say about it...
