It sounds like you might not be synced; can you try the latest version https://github.com/BitShares/bitshares/releases/tag/v0.4.27.2 and let it sync with blockchain, then give output of "get_info" console command if it is still not working?

Hi,
I have a problem with a transaction. This was my first transaction since i claimed my coins from the PTS snapshot one year ago. I wanted to deposit some coins on poloniex and got 3 errors. My name on the blockchain is "doc12" and its registred.
