wallet_asset_issue <amount> <symbol> <to_account_name> [memo_message]

just send the full amount to your BTS ID. that's how I did it earlier

That's what I did, and it resulted in an assert on the recipient's wallet.

I've created a new test UIA called ABCDEF https://bitsharesblocks.com/asset/info?asset=ABCDEF.

SOLVED: it wasn't the issue transaction itself, but a errant link which caused the assert:

bts:gatewaytest/transfer/amount/5/memo/ABCDEF_BTC-0-mt3X9NP2oVyoPfii4LdmL/from/gatewayclient/asset/DEF

Note the incorrect asset name on the end, this is my bug, but it did cause an assert :)
