Try closing the client, deleting everything from the folder where wallet.dat is in (except wallet.dat) and start the client again.

So, I've got 7 connections and I'm stuck at block 32418.  I have a warning "Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade".  Says it's synchronizing with the network...what gives?
