What is the point of making an announcement that your going to announce something on a certain date and then not announcing anything?  Why not just keep everything private until you have something concrete?

I have looked into this stuff.. From what I read though there is no permanent residence of this new micro nation.. which is a requirement.

I do think I see where this is going though.. I am watching this closely.. this could be helpful to me at the bunker in the future.
