Very funny.  I was thinking it was going to be a UIA to fund the tying of contraband onto pigeons to fly into prisons.  The prisoners would of course pay for this contraband with your UIA thus giving it is value.  If we tried to set the value of a single pigeon drop to let's say 3 grams of heroin within San Quentin, we could also assume that it would be of equal value to quite a few bitches and or getting someone shanked in the yard.
