Bitcoin transaction

when I put the transaction ID on the blockchain I get a message "Sorry we could not find any blocks or transactions matching this hash"

What does this mean? Is bitcoin dying? lol..

Look up your transaction by TXID on blockchain.info - check for whether it's listed as 'pending'

I have sent a small amount of bitcoins 0.038btc from my QT wallet to bitspoker and on the blockchain it is still showing 0 and showing that the address has not yet been utilized. Yes I waited for 1 day to fully synch my btc wallet. The fee paid was something like 0.00032btc if i remember correctly. This happened yesterday and it has been almost 20 hours now without showing the transaction.

Does this anything has to do with the whole XT thing? Is there anything I can do? Who should I speak to about this?
