I have same issue here. Every single time I try getting my balance claiming trx expiration msg comes up  :'(

It happens when I try with web wallet

When I try to do it with light wallet, it doesn't even show me the balance.

It saids it is loading balance and stuck there for a long time and nothing happens.

Plz help T.T

Yep, OpenLedger and Firefox finally did it

Thanks guys for trying to help
Same result in OpenLedger using both IE and Chrome. Tried Win7 x86 and 64, same result
I am able to import "keys.json" (it's only 506 keys) and see the unclaimed balances (which are correct) but it fails claiming those balances

FINALLY DID IT USING FIREFOX

I had the same issue with firefox only the first time, with the second try it went through.

It's the light desktop wallet, not the web wallet. No browser used
Also the clock is synced, it's one of the first things I tried

Or it means that you have more balances to sign for than the browser can do in 15 seconds

This typically means your computer's clock is out of sync, try synchronizing it with an ntp service. It also could be a Firefox issue, it handles dates differently from the rest of the browser so we've had some issues there.

Tried again and it worked on the second try.

bump; same here + happened only with BTS claim. Others were ok on the first try.
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0...

When I try importing my bitshares wallet backup.json, I get "Failed to broadcast the transaction:  Now <= trx.expiration"
