Need to create a new UIA ASAP

I know there was a bug this morning that has been fixed. Also the fees were set way high for awhile. Even if both those things are corrected, I'm guessing that creating a new UIA using the hosted wallet might be tricky. For one thing, I don't see what fee will be charged. There also is no field for "name", just symbol and description.

I would like to create a UIA that has the maximum supply and precision possible.

I have downloaded the windows toolkit, and am working on a 6gig win8 laptop.

If it is too tricky without a linux machine, maybe you can create them, transfer them to me, and keep a percentage for a bounty. Plus Shmits, Giggles and Orgasms!
