Does Bitshares 0.9.3c import all older wallets?

Just a few minutes ago I did a similar thing...

I followed the instructions here:

basically i did this:

- Uninstalled 0.9.3c
- changed the c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Bitshares    to Bitshares.bk
- ran my 'portable'/old installation of Bitshares 0.4.24
- installed 0.9.3c again

AND VOILAAAA!!!! WORKED!!!

I have an old Bitshares wallet backup (BitShares X Wallet Backup.json 107kb) from October 29, 2014 (maybe from ver 0.4.24)

I tried importing it to a new installation of 0.93c but it does not accept my password (i'm 99.999% sure it is correct)

I don't know what version it was created on and have no idea what to do.  The error I get:

edit: I found an old backup directory with bitshares ver:?, and it opened the wallet with my password.  I tried exporting from there, but it still didn't import to 0.93c
