Did you already try with "rescan" on the console?
Or better "rescan 1" as bitcube suggests.

i have done it before, it didnt help alright
i am trying to do it over and over againb for the last month,
i got the chain file from forum , i replaced it it wont help anyway
the blochchain is on 96 percent and it does not loads
also obviously on forum it has been very much few people with problems loading chain on old bts

As I told you already you need to get your bitshares 0.9.3c client to sync the WHOLE blockchain and RESCAN the whole blockchain!
Only after then will you see your open orders and be able to export a bitshares2.0 compatible backup file!

all my funds gone in open orders
i have done rescan, regenerated wallet keys, 10500, 11000, 12000 and 22000 - not helping
i have asked for help several times, is there any support available?
i spoke with admin, he says bts is complete but not users friendly, what that supposed to mean, its just not function like i should
he said my open orders still open, but why i can not see them?
