Vesting BTER I'm Trying to Understand

Maybe I misunderstand this, the vesting period starts 3 months after the official release and all funds will be available in one year.   Does that mean if I have PLS on BTER, I should have some portion of it already released? Thank you for your help, I've been reading through the forum trying to understand it.
