Tranferring Asset does not update in GUI

When you transfer an asset to another account the GUI does not show the asset in the other users account unless you shut down the lightwallet and reopen it. It remains in the original issuers account display wise, but since the new owner cannot see the asset on the ASSET tab they can't do anything with it until the lightwallet is closed and reopened.
