Can't claim MUSE after importing key

Not even gonna try this. Smells like another half assed project brought to you by Bitshares. Still can't get all my keys to a JSON file out of .9.3c

I've tried everything also with bts I was able to use Firefox on Ubuntu but nothing works with muse I even waited two day thinking I'd give it time no that didn't work

I had this issue a couple times on BTS but not MUSE. For BTS I created a new wallet and tried again and for whatever reason it worked.

If so and still no luck. We'll see how soon we can update MUSE to the next version.

Some of Korean community members have balance claim problem even though they exactly follow the instruction. Update is needed I think.

Mmmhh, several attempts to claim this balance, no success, spinner running all night long.......

This seems still to be an unresolved issue.

why muse don't update code  follow bts?

Loading balance claims… spins indefinitely.

Once same happened for me with slow Internet connection.
Check that you have perfect Internet connection and use Chrome.
How many keys did you import? If you use regenerate key BitShares 1.0 command in the past it's can be huge and can cause problems.

I only have 2 keys. The same wallet is successfully imported in Graphene for BTS.

Why? For me only BTS. MUSE is only what I got from my AGS donation.

After  successfully importing key I can't claim my MUSE.

Import Keys
Found 2 private keys (reset)
ACCOUNT   # OF KEYS
username   2

"Unclaimed balances belonging to these keys:
ASSET TOTALS
Loading balance claims…"

After  click on IMPORT button now I receiving these message:
This wallet has already been imported.

In Wallet Management Console when I click on "BALANCE CLAIMS" "LOOKUP BALANCES"
Loading balance claims… spins indefinitely.
