Thank you to everyone who participated!  We've had time to go over submissions for the infographics and decided on the following winners:

What are Bitshares Winner:  GodsCreation
Intro to Keyhotee Winner: MrJeans
What are AGS & PTS?   - None.  We decided not to use any of the submissions so the bounty is still open for this infographic.

We'd ask for some final revisions on these two winning designs before we go to print. Once final revisions are made, we'll pay out the bounties.  Thanks again to everyone for contributing!

You might want to consider images from the board game Monopoly.  The copyright issued in 1935 has expired and they are now in public domain, for example:

Any chance we can get a picture of a house for collateral?   And a picture of a foreclosure for calling your loan?

I am sorry if I have join late. All design elements are there and it need some final adjustments.
Here is my suggestions, if you don’t mind.
-   Related to color, you have picked dark blue, shades of blue and white color. It is balanced well. Some of the color connotations of blue are loyalty, security, conservatism, tranquility, coldness, sadness. Indeed it look to me little cold and boring. What do you think of third color. It could be discrete add. Few details nothing much if you prefer that way. It should be some light color picked carefully depending on feel you are trying to provoke.(light green, orange, light brown, yellow) Try experimenting a bit. In that way you could distract those cold feelings. If not, maybe could try with purple instead of blue which provokes  creativity, mystery, royalty, mysticism, rarity.
-   Related to fonts I see to many different fonts or its variations or too many different sizes. Either way it looks messy even you have done good color balance. Try to simplify it. You have chosen Sans fonts because of logo font I suppose. It not convinced me that these two fonts are balanced or united. If I were you I would try to add more prestige and royalty. So I would suggest Sans Serif fonts. In that way you could add contrast too and emphasize logo name. Either way I suggest you pick another uniting factor.
-   Other impressions are that it is well organized and one general suggestion that you try to rid of every design element that is not needed (like that big shade wheel representing Shares I suppose) that way it would look more simple and clean .

I hope it could help.

I had some struggle with incorporating the large 'b' containing some of the similarities. It takes up a lot of space yet it hold a very small window to put content in. I have moved an element of the logo to the back. Furthermore I deleted the images of 'where does your money go to' and replaced them by text, for me it feels a bit more evened out now. I guess I have to leave it at this for now and make some last minute changes (logo positioning/ texts etc) in a live-chat or so if you decide to go with it. Maybe some other contenders might do a submission as well today or tomorrow. Cheers

Swiss should be capitalized..
All references to the text "BitShares" should be in the same font as the logo...
Replace the 3I / BITSHARES in the top left with the BitShares 'b' graphic (minus text) preferably in the proper colors.

Traditional Bank... Profits are paid to the shareholders (banking cartel)

BitShares X is the first Decentralized Autonomous Company that allows you to speculate on the price of anything while paying shareholders dividends from transaction fees and depositors interest on your deposits.

Show swapping of Bank IOU for Personal IOU ...

Instead of saying lends "money" say lends "dollars"

Just some ideas:

1) I think the 'b' image need not appear with every bitShares instance and the size just seems out of place.
2) APPROVED does not quite translate to transaction fees
3) Perhaps find a way to integrate the 5 similarities graphics into the 'shares' of a larger representation of the 'b' rather than a flat list.
4) Change the title to  BitShares X - Earn 5% or MORE on ANYTHING
5) What happens to your money at your current bank...
          - seized, spied upon, withdraw limits, account freezes,
          - both BitShares X and your current bank pay Shareholders... only with BitShares X you ARE the share holder, lets not demonize shareholders ;)
6) The scales should be reversed rather than what is on the sales to indicate the shift.
7) No waiting in lines should be replaced with "everyone is a potential ATM"
8) Profits are not reinvested into infrastructure, they are paid as dividends to shareholders (not Invictus).

That is probably more than enough to keep you busy ;)

Thanks Brian, I think if you guys decide to pick on or more of them, then we just have to run over the texts and stuff one more time to make sure everything is exactly the way you want. Of course the Photoshop files can be edited afterwards by you guys as well if we've missed something . If you have the final Bitshares X logo in png or eps format that would be great so I can utilize them. Cheers

GodsCreation,
I like where this has evolved to. My first impression of it is much clearer now. I'm hoping you win all 3 infographic bounties, so they all work together for a similar theme/color.  B

The X needs to be 4 separate pieces of the same shape as the largest piece in the 'b' logo just mirrored in 4 different directions.

I think BitShares X would not reuse the 'b' logo which will be reserved only for the general bit-shares.  We just want to reuse elements of the design.

Ok I quickly modified the hand out (see post above) incorporating the new logo. I will add the X as well tomorrow and maybe choose and make some changes so I can use the original logo colors and maybe use the graphical b large in the background or so.

About the new logo and naming convention:

I like: Bitshares X
I like: the graphical 'b' , fits the purpose of a piece of the pie
I dislike the font of the logo, and especially the use of lower and uppercase letters. It feels a bit busy
I'm not sure about the graphical X in the end. For the same reasons as above, it might get too much for a logo since we already got the large graphical 'b'. I think a normal X with a different color would look better.

Here's some comparisons:

Anyways I do think this is a nice improvement and more catchy name. Keep up the good work!

The X in BitShares X will be made out of 4 the same pieces as the arm of the 'b' in the BitShares arranged appropriately.
