No, it's fork of some other coin with added DPOS.

I bough a few of them with some BTC dust I had left. It's mainely a investment for fun, this is the kind of small MC cap coin that can make a x10 on a simple news, a good thread or a rumor. Same spirit as QORA or BURST ;p

I founded this little guy :

It's traded on Poloniex. After a POW coin distribution they are now running on DPOS.

They had 21,500,300 coins ditributed at the end of PWO phase. CMC still don't have their MC but it has to be very low, something like 100 or 200K$

Anyone knows something about them ?
