1. How you came to the project and why he became interested in you?
Back in the days when ProtoShares has been launched, I was in the mood
of doing some little mining and put my computer towards PTS. It was
fasicnating to see blocks been mined and I started investigating a
little more into the "why" for PTS. I learned about Dan and registered
at the btstalk forums, did some PTS trades with super3 and read even
more in the idea ofs of BitShares. Then, one step followed the other and
I am now full time BitShares :)

Bitcoin has been the first kind of economics that I got interested in
and quite quickly was replaced by the more sophisticated economics of
Market Pegged assets and the DAC concept. Those still keep me excited.

2. How many people are directly involved in the development of BTS?
Wild guess:

Backend: maybe 8
Frontend: maybe 5
Ecosystem (libs and services): maybe 30

3. What exactly are you doing in the team?
Define "team", there is a core team, a web team, support stuff, business
development stuff and many more ..

My focus has been education, support and python libraries or quite some
time now.

4. What cool features and innovation in BTS, you can select among other forks?
I know of no other fork that can do this as easy as in BTS:

- vote for blockchain parameters (block size, confirmation times)
- vesting balances
- withdraw permissions from accounts
- hierarchical multisig accounts

5. Where it has actively used the BTS?
BTS is rarely used except for trading and that is good that way because
it is equity in a decentralized exchange. I wouldn't want to use
Volkswagen stock to pay for my hot dog.

The decentralized exchange in BitShares, however, is been used
frequently by traders to hedge against volatility, and to make
non-liquidty assets tradable for price discovery (examples: MKR, BANX,
...) and I see many more people entering this space!

6. Can BTS revolutionize the world of finance? If so, how soon?
"soon" (tm)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=gNIwlRClHsQ#t=11

:D

7. What is new we will see in the near future in BTS?
- free transactions (free as in beer)
- STEALTH
- Mutual aid societies
- more cryto currencies
- more use of vesting balances
- p2p bond markets

8. When to the moon? :)
If we ever reach moon, we will only stop by for a sling shot and head
for Mars :)

I get contacted from young hipsters Russian news site: http://cryptach.info
They want to publish small text interview with BitShares developer(s) with one photo (683px+ width) where developer answers for following easy questions:  :)

I know that @bytemaster is very busy but I hope he found 15 minutes and answer this simple questions. In order to save Bytemaster time, everybody can post here answers and when Bytemaster will review our answers he can just select ones which he like.  :)

Let's try to make the answers small and funny.  :)

Sounds like they want one of the developers that Bytemaster has attracted to BitShares to answer these questions.
