DAOhub.org and slock.it token sale problems with openledger.info

The daohub.org page clearly states that you shouldnt send tokens from an exchange. Bitshares and OL are exchanges.
Maybe they can help you with that but i wouldnt bet on it

i have sent ETH to daogub.org for the tokensale BEFORE i read everything. Moreover, i taught that i control my wallets in openledger, but it seems not. The funds i have sent appear to go through open-wallet -who controls that?

how will bitshares.openledger assign me my tokens?
