Look at a site like Poloniex or BTC-E to see how to do it. You currently have a window which is closed by default, and when opened it covers up screen real estate. This makes no sense as it makes more sense to just always have it open and encourage more people to chat. This means giving it it's own permanent screen real estate.

It's good the trollbox exists but it looks like it was just slapped onto the interface without any thought. In my opinion the communications box should be open by default and should be in it's own location in the communications section of the interface.
