Do you know how I can clam this  asset ?

Asset OPENBTC
OpenLedger Bitcoin-backed asset - https://openledger.info/

Issued by: openledger-wallet

Asset details
OPENBTC : BTS
What do you mean by "claim this asset"?

If you mean, how do I convert OPENBTC to BTC, do the following:
1) buy OPEN.BTC using your OPENBTC on this market: https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/market/OPEN.BTC_OPENBTC
2) withdraw your OPEN.BTC from the CCEDK tab in the Deposit/Withdrawal area of your account

Thanks lucky it wasn't scammed for much .  Why does open ledger let people create assets like this ?  in NXT the asset ID has to match this should be fixed for new users like myself because people might not use the platform in the future because of this type of stuff . I do like open ledger but this kind of stuff could turn people off .
OpenLedger only has control over OPEN. assets. BitShares lets you control a set of assets with a particular prefix (e.g. OPEN. or METAEX.), but names at the top level namespace can be purchased from the system by anyone (and probably too cheaply).

Settlement takes 24 hours.

You can't settle LISKICO because it's not a market-pegged asset. AFAICS your options are either selling LISKICO on the internal exchange, or to contact the issuer "nata-rep". I have no idea who that might be or how to reach him. It is possible that you have been scammed.

What you see there is only the flag set on the asset.

It might be easier to tell you what to do if you told us which asset you're talking about.

thanks for the reply i'm not the creator but want to clam the underline asset or at lest the BTS value of it . How can I go about doing that ?

That depends on the asset. To claim the underlying asset, you'll have to contact the issuer. For some issuers like OpenLedger, MetaExchange, Blocktrades etc. the GUI client supports that.
If the asset is market-pegged you can use the settlement option like xeroc pointed out. Otherwise, the only option is to sell it on the DEX.

you can sell your asset in the X:BTS market
or perform a settlement (by clicking the asset in the account overview page)

If you are the creator of the asset, you can 'issue' new shares feom the assets settings .. after that you can simple tranafer them as usual
