It's probably the gitlab server that has been used internally for quite some time ..
Never knew who is responsible for that machine .. could be ben, or valentine ..

put the ip in the browser first to see if there is a web service (functional page or a apache/nginx warning)

We've been getting a bill for a mystery Digital Ocean server for a long time now.
I had been assuming that it was in use somewhere in the BitShares universe but have been unable to find out where.
So, I'm pulling the plug on it.
Let me know if something important goes dark.
