I am not well versed with openledger and made a new account to buy some NXC tokens. BTC deposits went fine but I am unable to withdraw either BTC or NXC to my personal wallet.

Tried using this link https://bitshares.openledger.info/#/deposit-withdraw/
but all attempts to withdraw have failed.

Please help.
