Should there be a new voting on buyback/dividend, I suggest to add yet another question for those who prefer buyback:

On how may markets should the buyback be executed on:
  • one market, e.g. bts, usd, cny, open.btc
[
  • two markets, e.g. open.btc and bts
  • three markets, e.g. open.btc, usd and cny

Right now, Obits seem to be priced in USD even though main markets are BTS and Open.BTC. If we changed buyback to only USD/CNY it would help these smartcoins.

Personally I prefer the buyback and burn, since 100% of the profits are used as buying power on the Obits token.  Also it's less of an issue in regards to taxes, since dividends are typically taxed.

Plus there are several inactive accounts that received OBITS after registration so part of these dividends would be effectively burned.

with the price rise of OBITS, I think it's about time for a new vote.

1. Keep Buyback and Burn

2. 50/50 Buyback and Burn / Dividends

@ccedk any objections? can you set a vote up?

a pure dividend model makes sense at a much higher price range in my opinion.

Granted ICOO has seen strong price appreciation and that is a dividend based asset.
