Withdrew some Ethereum 13 Days ago, still haven't received them.

So 13 Days ago I Exchanged some of my BTS to ETH and wanted to withdraw the ETH to a myEtherWallet.

the amount stuck is 0.030856 ETH, I know its a stupid small amount of money (something like 7-8 euros) but I am afraid to withdraw now because I don't want to lose money.

since I can't find any other sort of support on the bitshares platform.
