Newbie ; Wrong Send Bitshares Put Address With Memo from Livecoin to Bittrex

Hi there, i am newbie and was send some Bitshares token from Livecoin to Bittrex, but i was wrong put the "address" with "memo". In my livecoin account, the fund still there, but "in execution" mode. I was contact the support of Livecoin, but they told me the fund is lost.
What i suppose to do ? does the fund lost ? but i still can see it in my Livecoin Account.

Please help, thank you
