Deposit of SBD through openledger gateway doesn't work

I'm sorry if I sound impatient, but I did not receive any answer from openledger support yet (after 4 days).
A message like: "We received your support-request and will take care of it. Please be patient.", would make things much more relaxed.

Hi there,

I have a problem with a deposit of 50 SBDs through the openledger gateway. The SBDs did not arrive in my bitshares wallet since 2 days.
I also contacted the opensupport@blocktrades support, as being mentioned inside the app.

A nice guy named Dan told me, that blocktrades-support is not responsible anymore and that a guy named Serge from openledger handles it now.
He also forwarded my mail to him, but I'm still waiting for any response since then.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
