Crowdfunding with bitshares

Hello guys,

First off, I hope I came to the right section of the forum to ask for such help.
I'm looking to start a crowdfunding ICO for my company. I looked through the web for hours and could not find a guide on how to.
So far, I learned about creating assets on bitshares. What I don't get is how you go about listing them so people can buy the shares.
Can someone point me to a guide thread/website/documentation that explains the process step by step?
