Since 10.03.17 there is not one withdrawal operation from the  openledger wallet http://omnichest.info/lookupadd.aspx?address=1BbthWvgjMSUcuUPexD4GjJ1ui2YCY6WJU
People try to withdraw and their coins  are unavailable for a few days.
They open tickets in support and are nervous.
Why openledger not close the withdrawal on the output page when it is impossible to withdraw?
