PPY transfer support

It's been 5 days now and the PPY have not arrived in livecoin Have I lost these funds?

I know that this is irrelevant here so I appologise in advance but if anyone can assist that would be great.

Last night I have claimed my PPY from BTS airdrop and transfered to livecoin. Funds never arrived there. I have opened a support ticket but no answer.

Has anyone experienced similar situation? Does PPY blockchain works? Anyone can assist?
