Bitshares is a blockchain so any form of partnership would have to come from developers or marketers working together etc...  I also do not see any proposed workers to form any partnerships pushing joint development or integration.

BitShares never had a strategic partnership. Not evwn with OpenLedger, let alone Arise.

BitShares is a DAC with no CEO an no one to sign a partnership with.

I am not even sure Cryptononex has a formal partnership with Arise, but I know for sure that BitShares has not.
