it is testnet thought it was clear

Can you please setup a witness for the testnet too?
There, new witnesses can prove themselves reliable -- not that I doubt you can handle it.

Just finished a witness set-up in the US (2 machines, one active, one backup, different DCs) and want to test performance and config in testnet.

Please  throw some votes for clockwork.witness-1  in testnet so it can start block producing for test purposes.
